I have a problem with my illustrator cs6 option.

When i want to create a new shape, or text or tring to duplicate with shift to maintain the shape straight. That does'nt work. The shape is automatically rotated. I tried to reset my artwork preference. I tried to change some properties in the perspective grid. Nothing work.

I can doing nothing straight. How could I solved this problem ?

This looks like you rotated the View. You can reset that in the View menu or in the Document info at the bottom left of the document. => Scrap that. It doesn't exist in CS6

Something like you describe could also be caused be the perspective grid. That would need to be turned off in View > Perspective grid

But check out the Preferences > General. Is the angle set to 0°?

Hi véroniqueb8798917

You can try to reset the application preferences. If it is a Windows computer, then open the C drive and go to users / Computer User account folder/AppData/Roaming/Adobe and delete all the folders related to Illustrator.
This will change the application to it's default
also try to restart the computer.

Please don't recommend resetting preferences for simple fixes.

This looks like the constrain angle is set to something other than zero. Check the setting in Preferences > General
