Problem with opening AI files.

Hi, I'm having trouble opening files. I received AI projects, but when I open them, they are distorted. How can I fix this? Attached are some pictures for reference. Thanks 😉

Looks like a file that is missing the fonts.

In the PDF part you see the embedded fonts, but when opened in Illustrator you need to have them installed for editing.
