Problem with unknown profile

Hello,

I have a problem with my new iMac,

I have malfunctions like:

- I open images and Illustrator does not recognize the profile

- Illustrator goes very slow in CPU mode even with an empty document

- some functions such as track offset give me an error and changing the value does not change the preview ...

I can no longer work this way.

I tried to uninstall all the programs but the problems are still there. How can I solve it?

    Is the Dictation feature turned off in the system?

    Can you please detail the issues with color profiles?

    Is your color managment set up correctly?

    Dictation is disabled

    Color management is set correctly

    practically opening an image on a pc opens it with the RGB profile, while on this imac tells me unknown, preview. And it all fits me in jerks.

    By image I mean a simple JPG image ...

    opening it on another mac with the same version of illustrator I read the normal RGB profile, while on this new imac, opening the same image does not recognize me the profile and instead of RGB tells me unknown.

    As for preview, I mean illustrator.

    Working in GPU preview, the speed is normal, but I change the CPU preview even with an empty document, the program is all in jerks.

    Have I explained myself correctly?


    So the color management is set up on both and most importantly it's set up the exact same on both?

    Please post how it's set up.

    Where does that JPEG come from? How does it show in Photoshop? Does Ps recognize the color profile?

    It's meant to be that GPU view is faster than CPU view. That's the whole point of GPU acceleration.
