problema con el cursor de la pluma

Tengo un problema a la hora de usar la herramienta pluma. Cuando voy a especificar un punto en un lugar preciso, no me empieza en el sitio que le marco, ME SALTA más o menos a un centimetro de distancia. Alguien sabe cúal es la solución? No puedo seguir con el trabajo que estoy haciendo!

Bajo el menu View verifica que no tengas activadas las opciones de

Snap to Pixel (Ajustar a Pixel)

Snap To object (Ajustar a Objeto)

Snap to grid (Ajustar a Grilla)

    Sabes que hacer si el puntero desaparece al entrar en la mesa de trabajo?
