Problema con los links de las imágenes

Buenos días,

desde hace un tiempo estoy experimentando problemas con los links de las imágenes.

Al abrir un archivo con enlace (previamente empaquetado con todos lo enlaces en la carpeta de Links) me pide que reenlace muchas de las imágenes. Siempre me lo pide, aunque lo haya guardado con los enlaces correctos. Además de esto, amontona muchas imágenes en cualquier lugar de la mesa de trabajo (adjunto imagen) y duplica enlaces.

Estoy usando Mac Sonoma 14.4 (23E214) con chip Intel y Adobe Illustrator 28.5.

¿A alguien más le pasa?

¿Cómo puedo arreglar esto? Cuando hay muchos enlaces es muy tedioso, además de que se multiplican las posibilidades de cometer errores con enlaces defectuosos.

Finally I contact Adobe support and they help me. They did some cleaning (preferences cleaning?) unistall and install Illustrator and noe it works!

Hi! what they did exactly to solve the problem? I have the exact same issue :/!! I tried re-installing the illustrator but doesn't fix the problem 😞

Finally I contact Adobe support and they help me. They did some cleaning (preferences cleaning?) unistall and install Illustrator and noe it works!

Thank you, for your help. I think that this is not an issue with linked images, it seems a bug. I know how to work with images, but what happens is that I have a document with linked images. In the link panel, everything is fine, but when I close my work and reopen it, Illustrator asks me to relink some images (many of them but not all), saying there is a problem. It's really annoying when working with a lot of linked images...
t's something that has been happening to me for a while now, but I couldn't say if it corresponds to a specific version of Illustrator.

Maybe it is a good idea to contact Adobe support, they can look at your system and the file.
