Problema con mesa de trabajo

Hola, tengo un problema con ilustrator, lo termino de instalar, abro ilustrator y cuando creo un nuevo archivo no me muestra mi mesa de trabajo, se queda en negro y no puedo hacer nada, ya intenté abrir un archivo  que he hecho antes en ilustrator y nada, sigo teniendo el mismo problema

Hi,

Turn off the GPU

Click on the rocket icon placed on the menu bar. and uncheck the GPU performance

Then try again
