Muchas gracias.
Un saludo,
Beatriz

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hello @ismartinez,
I'm sorry to hear you are encountering similar problems. Could you try performing a clean reinstallation of the XP-Pen drivers (https://adobe.ly/3HPAyMF) and disabling Windows Ink under the tablet settings to see if it helps?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

So it's Windows 11?
Does the scroll work without the tablet?

It is still windows 10 home and I just checked with a normal mouse and it works. Could it be incompatibility with the Wacom tablet?

Wouldn't be the first time that the Wacom Driver and Illustrator do not go well with each other. You now probably need to experiment with different driver versions. Also I would search the forum if there are other threads that perhaps have a solution.

I will. 😉
Thank you very much for your help, Monika.
