problemas al guardar illustrator

¿Se encuentra con un problema en el que Illustrator muestra el cuadro de diálogo Se ha detectado un error desconocido?

eh intentado todos las soluciones que sugiere el mismo error y nada funciona. parece un problema con cierto tipo de imagenes pero no logro identifcar bien.

alguien puede ayudarme ?

Thanks for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it can be to encounter the "unknown" error in Illustrator. Could you please confirm the exact version of Illustrator and your OS? If you're not on the latest 29.8.1, I recommend updating and testing the issue again. If you are on the latest version and still seeing the error, try testing it on the latest BETA or pre-release version available via the Creative Cloud desktop app.

To help troubleshoot, see if the issue occurs in a new blank document when placing the same image. If it does, try converting the image to a Pdifferent format like NG or JPEG, or reduce its resolution slightly. Also, confirm if this happens with only that particular image or others as well.

If the issue continues, it would be really helpful if you could share the file or the specific image causing the error, so I can investigate further.
