Hello, I have had many problems on my macbook with adobe programs and more with illustrator, I don't know what to do anymore, please help me. When I open the program, everything is fine, but when I start to use it, my whole computer freezes, it shows a red screen, red stripes, everything freezes, I have to turn off the computer manually, I don't know what to do anymore, nor the support ones could help me and that I shared remote access to my computer they were managing my computer and could not solve the problem, this problem happens to me with the other adobe applications. I don't know what to do, I need help.
The Macbook Pro 16" is famous in this forum.
Someone needs to have a lookat it.

Or you can post these issues into Uservoice. Ans maybe the developers have some hints for you.

There may be a problem with your graphics card.

I'm having problems in our Macbook Pro, 16", I tried to buy an Illustrator applications but it wont let me download it. I'm wondering really because I have paid it already using my credit card info and yet it could not be installed! I really need it very badly, for my son's project assignments. There's no more ADOBE products in the store like Best Buy, but ADOBE could not be reached out immediately if you need help or support, it's always on the live chat only. Sorry to say that, for any inconvenience. Thank you.
