I don't see the new Project Sunshine update in Illustrator and I have the 2022 version.

You won’t find it.

Or at least, not today. When an Adobe feature name starts with the word “Project,” it’s a technology preview, a demonstration of an idea being explored for possible (not guaranteed) addition to an undetermined future version. Project Sunshine was one of the “Sneaks” (sneak previews) of potential future features at Adobe MAX 2021. Anything featured in a MAX Sneak may not make it into an application for months or years. Adobe might have an internal timeline for it, but they have not made that public yet.

Project Sunshine looks like fun, though!

Ugg that sucks! Thank you though, it really does too.

If we’re lucky it could show up in the next year or so. Although I can think of past sneaks that disappeared without a trace, others like Dehaze (Camera Raw/Lightroom) and Auto-Reframe (Premiere Pro) did become available within a year or so of when they were previewed.

A little more information would help. I have never heard of Project Sunshine.
