Hola, Adobe Illustrator presenta un par de problemas, el zoom in/zoom on de la animación es bastante lento, muy lento, tengo una laptop gamer HP Omen 2022 con almacenamiento de 1TB + 32GB de ram con tarjeta gráfica de 8GB + gráficos AMD, la tarjeta gráfica la reconoce, todo está activo y la transición es super lenta incluso sin ilustraciones, solo en la mesa de trabajo limpia, ¿cómo puedo solucionar esto?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying to turn off Animated Zoom under Illustrator's performance preferences and checking if it helps?


If the problem persists, try resetting Illustrator's preferences as described in this article (https://adobe.ly/3U80LJp) and share your observations.

 

Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also save a backup of the folders in case you want to. The location is mentioned above.

Thanks for confirming. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/3zR1RlU) and checking if it helps?
