Puppet warp and Free transform not working

I've never had a problem with the pen tool or free transform until now. For some reason when I'm trying to do something to my images, it isn't working. I'm a beginner, so I'd appreciate it if your explanation is easy to understand and shows me where to go.

Looks like iimages are used, can you expand the items in the layers panel to see what the clipping groups contain?

Sorry, for some reason, my images didn't upload earlier, but here you go. Though I just saw somehow it was turned into an image.

Is it vector artwork? Or pixel images? You need vector artwork.

It should be vector artwork. I made the images completely out of my own
shapes, but if it somehow unvectored itself, how do I change it to vector
artwork?
