question about arrows

I don't succeed to do that arrow in Illustrator : I would like to have the horizontal line ending like this (see blue arrow) :

But in Illustrator the end of the horizontal ine is ending like this. Why ?

You could try with this option:

But even that would work better if that were the start of the arrow, not the end
