i have a question...if i download any app from adobe on 2 computers with the same account Is the amount deducted twice?

yes, if you use them on just two comps, it will not double the price. But no more than 2 comps.

As I have (mis)understood it, you can install any/all CC app(s) on as many computers as you like, but you can only activate it on 2 (of these) computers at a time (you can deactivate and (re)activate), and you can only use the/each app on 1 computer at a time.
