"Acrobat PDF File Format is having difficulties" error

Hello.

An error occurs as in the screenshot, on one of the computers, while opening some files from a network folder on qnap nas.

The same files open without problems, after copying to a local disk, or from the same network location, but connected as a network disk in windows 10.

I assume that the problem may be related to security settings, but in illustrator there is no control over such settings as in acrobat.

Illustrator generally has issues with working directly on a networked volume. Might work for some, but not for others.

Earlier when this shared folder was located at other address on the Windows server, there were no such problems at all. Thousands of files and about twenty people.

Finally the problem was solved by reinstalling on the newest version 2019
