Is it possible to convert "curved text" as "editable text" in illustrator through script?

No. Once text is outlined is is lost as editable text.

In acrobat, there is a option to convert the "curved text" as editable. So any other third party tool available for that to convert outlined text as "editable text" in illustrator or acrobat.

What exactly do you mean by "curved text"? The only option in Acrobat involves using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to change text as an image back to editable text but it would have to be copied from Acrobat and reintroduced into AI.
