"enter a numeric value" feature for guides

Dec 18, 2025 Dec 18, 2025

Does anyone know about a "enter a numeric value" feature for guides?  Or does anyone a run-around to adjust guides in absolute values. I don't trust my fingers or my mouse to that freehand.

Thanks for any help,

Ross

What exactly do you mean by "entering a numeric value"?

The number of horizontal / vertical guides on one or several artboards?

Moving existing guides to a specific position? Moving by a specific distance?

Or something else?

GUides are just paths in the end. You can select them (if they are unlocked) and enter a position in the transform panel (or control or properties panel)
