    Hi @Rodrigo26356249yfmu,

We are sorry for the trouble. Multiple users have reported this issue in v25.4.6.on macOS Mojave. I would like to inform you  that we updated RealDWG from the 2022 version to RealDWG 2023 to fix an issue. RealDWG 2023 is only supported for macOS 10.15 or later, so now you have the following options to resolve the issue:

    1. Upgrade to macOS 10.15 or newer.

    2. Upgrade Illustrator to recent version 26.5

    3. Install an older version, i.e., v25.4.5.

Kindly update the discussion if you still need assistance with it. We'd be happy to help.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Anshul Saini

When I start up Illustrator I get this message on a Windows PC

    Error loading plugins DXFDWG.aip

    PNGFileFormat.aip

I've reloaded the program but get the same message. All the paper size options are unavailable as well, so I only have an A4 Layout to use.

WHich version of Illustrator is it?

Between uninstall and reinstall, did you run the Adobe Cleaner tool?

    I'm running 5.5, on a Windows 10 machine.
I don't know how to run the 'cleaner tool' hence no I didn't.

    Many thanks
    Jim

I uninstalled the Illustrator 25.4.8 and now cant find the older version 25.4.5 to install. The links on Adobe just keep sending me in circles.

Have you reset your preferences? Hold shift+ctrl+opt+cmd when opening AI (before the splash screen).

The other Mojave specific solution is to add Illustrator in the list under Mac OS System Prefernces (apple menu)/Security and Privacy/Full Disk Access.
