It's related to High Sierra.

You might want to consider downgrading the system.

I have this same issue after a recent upgrade to High Sierra.

Try logging out of iCloud. Even though I didn't have my iCloud backing up, I was still logged in. After logging out it seems to have fixed the issue.

*UPDATE: Pop up message has returned. It doesn't appear that logging out of iCloud fixed it after all. Back to the drawing board.

Ashutosh has made a response as well on the report:

This is still happening to me but not every time. For instance, I can be working on one file all day, periodically saving as I go but the pop-up will only appear sometimes.

File is saved locally on my hard drive, not Dropbox. Folder isn't being backed up to dropbox, iCloud or Timemachine.

I do have Date Recovery on ATM but I was also experiencing the issue last week when it was turned off.

I just upgraded to High Sierra this week.  I just received this message for the first time.  What does it mean?? I am working in Illustrator and saved my file-that's it.

Yeah, I keep getting this same message. I tell it to go ahead anyway and nothing awful has happened to my files yet. It is annoying though!

I'm not using Dropbox or syncing to google drive. I am using iCloud so maybe that's the issue?
