Ralentissement Illustrator

Illustrator est devenu très très lent à s'ouvrir, et l'enregistrement met beaucoup de temps (environ 10 min pour arriver à 100% d'enregistrement d'un fichier, alors qu'avant cela prenait 5 secondes). De plus pendant que je travaille Illustrator bugue souvent, et il s'affiche régulièrement "ne répond pas". Cela devient impossible de bien travailler.
Est-ce normal qu'Illustrator soit si lent depuis quelques jours ? Y a t-il un problème ?

Quelle version d'Illustrator et quelle est la configuration de l'ordinateur ?

Quels changements ont-été appliqué à la machine et/ou le logiciel ?

Bonjour, merci pour votre réponse, mon système d'xploitation est :

Processeur Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
Mémoire RAM installée 6,00 Go (5,76 Go utilisable)
Type du système Système d’exploitation 64 bits, processeur x64

Pour la version d'illustrator, j'ai un abonnement à jour donc la dernière sortie.

Are there any third party plugins installed? Are they compatible with your version?

Are all your fonts OK? Check them thoroughly. Bad fonts will throw Illustrator off.

If that does not work, try and reset the preferences.This will erase all your settings, so you might want to rename the preferences folder, since that can be undone. https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html
