Random text with new text box

Hey guys, so I'm not too experienced with adobe but I have used photoshop and illustrator before. Every time I make a new text box a bunch of random text appears. Is this a new thing? I am using a new Razer laptop so it could be that but I wanted to check and see if anyone else gets this.

Ex.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Quis ipsum suspendisse ultrices gravida. Risus commodo viverra maecenas accumsan lacus vel facilisis.

That's the most recent line of text that appears now.
