recolor artwork - advanced options

October 2023 and  I am having the same issue  - I can't access advanced options on the recolor panel! this is very annoying. My computer matched all the requirements in the link provided below, but I still can't see the bottom of the panel, can't reach it, can't scroll to it. Maybe it is soemthing in the AI settings that I need to change? My screen resolution is 1920x1080, all other requirements are passing with flying colors (RAM, processor, etc.). Please help me to figure it out, it's just a shame that I can't use the recolor featire in int fullest. Here is how I see it, the bottom of the panel is not reachable.

Thanks for reaching out. As pointed out by Monika, Illustrator currently does not have this functionality. Would you mind upvoting the UserVoice shared by her and adding your comments there? Doing this will help us prioritize this feature request, and you will keep getting all the related updates.

Alternatively, you could try changing the Display Resolution and Scaling under your OS Settings (Windows / macOS) and in Illustrator, as suggested by Mylenium, and check if it helps.

I know what you mean: screen is too small. Unfortunately the panel cannot be dragged. Sometimes helps to just hide the control panel, but if you need to do this regularly, that certainly is not an option.

Without any system info we can't tell you much, but typically this simply means your system does not meet the requirements or there is an issue with UI scaling. Refer to this as a start:
