Well I am in the process of making my first banner design on illustrator. I have gotten great ideas here so my next question is what would be the best way to recreate my handwriting? I was thinking the brush or blob tool. Thank you in advance.

How to work with brushes in Illustrator
You can draw directly with a Calligraphic brush or you can spend a lot of time carefully constructing paths using all of the vector tools and then apply a Calligraphic brush later.
