I created a rectangle of size 6x6 but in the transform panel it appears in measures close to these measures such as: 5.9999x5.9999 How can this problem be solved so that the size of the original rectangle and the size of Shalom in the transform will be the same and everywhere will be 6x6

In the General Section of your Illustrator Preferences (known as Settings in recent versions of Illustrator) make sure that "Use Preview Bounds" is unchecked. If that option is checked then any stroke that is applied to the objects is included in the Transform Panel size.
