Removing tile option when in printing options of Ai

I'm having an issue when trying to print something. When I click print and the box with all the options pop up, in the preview there is a tile that is marked out and covers about a fourth of the image. when I click print its it only printing the part of the image that is inside the tile. How do I make that tile go away so that it will print the entire image?
