Remplacement de texte, problème typo

Bonjour, 
J'ai réinstallé mes applis sur mon nouvel ordinateur. J'ai la version 29.1 d'Illustrator
J'ouvre mon doc, je modifie la typo (trouver/remplacer la police). Tout OK

Lorsque je veux remplacer du texte, Illustrator me remet l'ancienne typographie.
Ceci concerne tous mes documents.
Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée pour corriger ce problème svp ?

Try and disable missing glyph protection in the Preferences.
