I have created a ring. How to retain the size of the width when ring radius changes? when ring comes small width also comes small. Video is uploaded and attached.

Yes. It helps to think ahead. If you know you need to scale your artwork later on, then don't expand the stroke.

This is not a stroke. Stroke like image is obtained from sustracting two circles with different radious.
