But when I turn logo from rgb to cmyk or pantone logo loses color so much. Is there any solution for me? Im in a hard situation any help can save my life Thanks from now!

P.S I added the preview logo gradient in rgb and cmyk mode too.

So the top image I assume is your RGB version, and the bottom CMYK.

You really cannot make a better CMYK match even with tweaking, as the colors are both ones that do tho have a CMYK match.

For pantone you could get closer by manly choosing 2 spots from the PMS book. Make a grdient of the dark blue and have that multiply over your light blue.

This is the reason why if you design a logo that is going to both print and digital, always design in CMYK first, and then match your colors. RGB has a wider color gamut and can closer match the CMYK colors.

It's problem,

Your design is to bright - there are any options to print (Cmyk) these colors. Blue BRG is really difficult to  convert to nice CMYK

Just try to adjust your original gradient to be close to cmyk gamut
