RGB to CMYK vector file
How do i get this effect of RGB fire in to CMYK ?

The quickest way would be to rasterize it using the Flatten option and then adjust it based on the pixel data in Photoshop. Otherwise you more or less have to redo it from scratch and change the blending options of each individual shape object. This stuff simply works completely differently in CMYK.
