Right Side Bar not showing titles

On my home computer (mac), in Illus 2024 each panel has its name listed.

Example...the little chain link picture has the word "Links"  beside the icon. See attached photo.

On my computer at work (also a mac running Illus 2024) the only things showing are the little icon/pics. It doesn't have the name typed out beside them.

Does anybody know why? Is there a way to fix this is settings or is something toggled off?

Move the cursor over its left side until you see the double arrow. Then click and drag until the full name shows.
