Rolagem muito rápida Illustrator

Comecei a aprender Illustrator essa semana, mas algo que notei é que a rolagem tanto para zoom quanto para a escolha de uma fonte por exemplo, é muito rápida, de forma que torna a funcionalidade quase que inutilizável. Uso tochpad do notebook

When was the last time you rebooted the computer?

Is there a system setting for the touchpad?

Já reiniciei o notebook e sim provavelmente existe configurações para o touchpad, porém apenas o Illustrator está apresentando a falha, qualquer alteração feita nas configurações do touchpad vai refletir em todos os aplicativos que estão funcionando corretamente.

    Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps?

    Also, kindly check and install any pending OS/Illustrator or driver updates and share your observations.

    If the problem persists, kindly share more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, details about your system like CPU/GPU/Memory/Peripherals used, and a screen recording of the problem (https://adobe.ly/41v52Je), so we can investigate this further.
