Roland cut studio stopped working

So out of the blue I get this code Plug in issue detected CutStudioPluginCC.aip

I have tried everything on the help page and it is still a bust I really need this to work.

any help would be AWESOME

Out of the blue? Do you have auto updates on in Cc? Or did you update Illustrator manually?
