Rotated text by default

I installed Adobe Illustrator freshly on my new laptop, and the text tool is rotated by default, although it says that the text is rotated 0°.

How do I fix this?

Set the angle to zero in Preferences > General

Ah yes, it's called Contrain Angle, but that worked!
