Does someone know how to create this effect? I can't figure it out by myself and can't find any tutorials.

Use the blend tool,

create Two letters, one With full opacity, the other with rotation and opacity, with the blend tool selected , click on the first letter and the other . A blend will be created , double click on the blend tool to specify the distance .
