Can any one help me in rotating the 2D element to 3D at our own angle in .ai?

Well. It solved half of my problem. But my requirement is to rotate a label which is in 2D to particular angle (Isometric).

My orientation are along Y direction 45degrees & X direction is 18.5 degrees.

I am working on new product which is going to lunch into the market very soon, so I cannot share the exact model. that is the reason my problem is explained by creating 2 rectangles below. Grey color one in Creo (CAD tool) and black one is in adobe. My intention is to place the object in particular orientation which I achieved in creo as shown below whereas In adobe I am unable to rotate that in my above mentioned orientation angles.

You can't just copy the values from your CAD application into Illustrator and expect the same results. They work completely different. If you want to work the same way in Illustrator, try the plugin CADtools

Inside Illustrator you might need to try the Skew tool

and/or figure out a specific series of (unproportional) scaling and rotating that leads to the desired result.
