Save as - Illustrator option missing

I would appreciate assistance with saving multiple artboards as separate files in Adobe Illustrator. When I click on "Save As" and choose the location, I expect an Illustrator options panel to appear, but it does not appear in my current version of Illustrator (2023). Could you kindly help me troubleshoot this issue? Thank you for your support
