Yes, also happened to another files. But for a previous files can still be used without problem.

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you try resetting Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.

Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.

Thank you for your help!

I already do the step that you've shared, I try to created a new file and it's fixed but for the previous files it still not working. And one of my files that have so may Artboards, I do not want to copy and paste to a new file because it's too many vector. Could you please give me any solution for this situation?
