Save from Adobe Illustrator must always be done twice

Since yesterday I always have to save Adobe Illustrator documents twice because the file is not saved the first time. Then when I do the same saving process again, the file is saved. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the programme several times (with preferences, without preferences and an older version), but the problem persists.
On various other computers, everything runs perfectly.
Does anyone have an idea how I can fix the error?

What's in the file?

Does this happen with new files? Old files? Simple files?

Ich arbeite auf einem Lenovo ThinkPad P1 mit Illustrator 2023 (Version 27.4).

Aus Excel kopiere ich Balken-/Säulendiagramme, die ich in Illustrator weiterbearbeite. Gespeichert werden die Dateien lokal auf dem Laptop (was bis gestern problemlos funktioniert hat). Freier Speicher: 359 GB.

Das passiert sowohl mit neuen als auch bestehenden Dateien, die ich überschreibe. (Ich hoffe, es ist in Ordnung, dass ich auf deutsch antworte?)

Bei dem ersten (nicht erfolgreichen) Speichervorgang wird eine TM-Datei gespeichert. Vielleicht hilft das weiter?
