Saving AI File as SVG

I have a logo I saved 72ppi and 300ppi and RGB and CMYK (if needed) in every format - ai, pdf, jpg, png, eps, svg and did all of that EXCEPT the svg files keep reverting to RGB 300ppi no matter how I save them - if I change the format to CMYK, 72ppi, it reverts it to RGB, 300ppi - even if I save it as RGB, 72ppi it reverts to RGB, 300ppi - any solutions would be appreciated?

    Did not know I was supposed to do that but understood - thanks - I'm not quite experienced enough yet to even know when some answers are correct or 100% correct - I would hate to confuse people by marking something correct when it may not be but, if I am certain, I will try and remember this protocol.

      SVG will always be RGB. The format doesn't support CMYK.

      As for the resolution: vector files doen't have a resolution. What exactly are you referring to and what is in the file?

        Thanks Monika - I have been trying to make sure a logo I created has been saved with all the proper formats and is vector when needed to pass on to a client - that is good to know about SVG - thank you - I attached a screenshot of the file saved as SVG RGB 300ppi and one where it shows EPS in 300ppi - the other formats, AI and EPS and PDF all allow me to alter the ppi and I assume my EPS and AI or vector but, at this point, I am too confused to know much.....thanks for any insight!

        I don't see any raster elements in your logo. So when saving it as EPS or SVG, you don't need to care about resolution. Please do read the documentation about file formats.
