saving and opening trouble

hello forum. i have some problem in last couple of days.

when i save a file in photosop, in full layers, and then i open file in ilustrator to added some other parts of design

the file is damage like this. It's saved as psd file. When it's saved as tiff, everything is OK, but i need that file in psd.

It was never happen before, just now, few days ago.

can anybody give me advice?

Which version?

What exactly is in that file? Any spot colors or specific stuff?

Can you try and not just save it, but "save as" under a different name?
