Hi! Can I save for web in cantimetres in Illistrator?

So here is the case, I created artwork in illustrator but client wants it twice larger. When I increase it program starts crushing. I want to save it in twice larger size but in cantimeters. But when I choose export for web it only shows the pixels. Is there any way to convert? Thanks

So how large do you need to export it? There is a limit to what Save for web can do.
