Hey all,

Trying to scale a box of text that has various para styles in it, all at different size. Whether I use scale or grab an object to scale with, as soon as I start all the text moes to the same pt size. Any idea how to scale and keep the sizes relative?

I can confirm this behavior. This looks like a bug to me.

If yo use the EFFECT > Distort & Transform > Transform… it works on my machine. I’m on macOS and the latest version of Illustrator.

This works but is of course not as interactive or precise... thanks though.

If you convert the text box to point type and then scale and then convert back to area type.

Thanks SishamlAGD - This didn't seem to work, and oddly, leading changed on the conversion even before the scaling 😕😕
