Thank you for your patience as we look into this issue. We've forwarded your report to our product team for further investigation.
In the meantime, could you please try installing an older version of Illustrator to see if the issue persists? This will help us determine if the problem is specific to version 28.3 or if it's a more general issue. Also, please switch to CPU preview by pressing ctrl+e and see if that helps in outline mode black screen glitch.

The same bug can also be seen while Inside the Isolation mode of an object, and when I zoom in or out the screen flashing black and white.
