Script or Easy way to fit 5 Artboards and Export

Hello everybody, I’m new to the community and I’ve searched through forums but I couldn’t find any script for my needs.

I make designs with 2:3 aspect ratio and sell them in 5 different large sizes. The measure I designed is 2:3 aspect ratio and I create them as follows.

Aspect ratios

JPEG that I export

3:4

18 x 24

11x14

22 x 28

4:5

24 x 30

2:3

24 x 36

5:7 (A1-A4)

A1 23.4 x 33.1

The reason why I export to the largest extent in each aspect ratio, so customers can reduce the image at the relevant rate without losing quality. The problem I'm having here is this: Since I designed a 2:3 picture, when exporting it in other sizes, I need to enlarge it a little from the top or the sides and crop it.

I write the necessary process in order

  • Open new document
  • Make 5 artboards for the below ratios

18 x 24

22 x 28

24 x 30

24 x 36

A1 23.4 x 33.1

  • Upload pictures from the chosen folder
  • Fit Picture into those 5 artboards
  • When the Picture doesn’t fit the artboard do the following (resize, enlarge, shrink or crop)
  • Export each of them into a chosen folder as 300 DPI and 300 PPI JPEG respectively, in the export ratios I gave above and write each jpeg with a ratio name such as ...18x24, ...22x28

I need a Photoshop or Illustrator script for the above process.

If there is a way to make the process I mentioned above easier, I would appreciate it if you could let me know. Maybe there is a very easy way for these processes I mentioned without even writing a script. But I don't know that. I have both Photoshop and Illustrator. I would be very grateful if you could help me with this issue.

Note: I've uploaded the template that I made for demonstration purpose. Here you see the 5 sizes that I need to fit the example cat design into them.

I'd just give them the A1 and let them decide how they want to output it...

I can't do that as customers mostly just click prepared file and print it the size they want. they just cant print an A1 file in 18 x 24 without losing parts from the orginal design.
