Script to export .eps files to .svg (VB script)

I am looking for example code that reads all of the files in a folder and uses illustrator to export them as a different file format placing them in another folder. In my situation I need to go from .eps to .svg but I'm guessing that any example will give me the clues I need.

Thanks in advance
Steve

There should be a script installed with AI called Save_Docs_AS_PDF which should give you some direction.

Larry - thanks but I can't find a script by that name or similar in my install. It sounds like exactly what I am looking for. I am working with AI CS3. Is there any way you could send me a copy of the script?

Larry - thanks, I have a working script but now need to get some undocumented settings working.
