Do you have additional plug-ins installed? If so, check for updates.

Otherwise, restart your machine, reset prefererences.

If that does not help, Uninstall Illustrator and install again.

Do you know what that aip is? Do you use it?

Did you try restarting in soft mode as it says?

Did you look at More Info? What does it say?
