Selecting Identical Words in illustrator

Question

Hi everyone,I'm working with existing script "VARIABLE IMPORTER"  that require constant variable updates with data from CSV files. This involves manually selecting and replacing multiple instances of identical words, which is extremely tedious.I need a way to automatically select all words with the same content. For example, if I want to select "GRABME", that all occurrences of "GRABME" in the script are selected simultaneously.Additionally, I was wondering if there's any tool or method that allows saving and loading word or object selections, similar to how it's done in Photoshop. This would allow me to reuse frequent selections and further streamline the process.Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Not too sure if you mean data allready imported or not. one way is to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aAMRAaiP9yk another way is with the selected text doing a "Save Selection" feature that allows you to store and reuse specific selections:

Save a Selection:

- Select the objects you want to save.
- Go to Select > Save Selection.
- In the dialog box, name your selection and click OK.
Load a Saved Selection:
- Go to Select.
- Choose your saved selection from the bottom of the menu.

This feature is similar to Photoshop's and can help streamline your workflow by allowing you to quickly reselect frequently used groups of objects.

Why not try the new plugin called “Darty-Ai”, it allows you to set an exact character style, font, font-size, etc to vast amounts of variable text, even text-ranges inside a text-box rather than the entire box as well.
