That's most likely just an on-screen display issue due to anti-aliasing.

 

Normally, nothing to worry about.

Try if using a different preview helps. If it is an ant-aliasing artefact, switching to CPU Preview may help: Cmd E or Ctrl E

Basically, there is nothing to fix at all. It's just a minor on-screen display issue that is normal considering how screens display objects with anti-aliasing turned on.

 

There are ways to eliminate it (e.g. using rich black or trapping), but most of the time it's not necessary.

 

Not sure what you mean by "cleartype of windows".
