Set artboard size using inch fractions

So my client is asking for labels for their bags and they sent me the bag measurements as:

23-3/4 x 10-15/16 x 4-1/8 inches

When I try to set my artboard size to 10-15/16 it just doesn't do anything. I've tried to type "10 15/16", "10+15/16", still doesn't work.

Is there a way to type fractions like this while setting your artboard size?

You need to turn the fractions into a decimals...

23.75 x 10.9375 x 4.125
