Set same distance between lines

Does someone can please tell me how to set the same distance between lines?

I'd  use the unlocked guides

for the horizontal and vertical

edit >copy

edit > paste in front

object >transform > move

and input  horizontal or vertical distance

redraw the slanted line for the windscreen

view > guides > make guide to turn it into a guide

then the above  method to move a copied  guide

and for the inner  wheel

object > path > offset path by required distance
